Excellent Location and Friendly Staff
helpful staff convenient location nearby metro local restaurants
The staff was very helpful. They could speak english well. The hotel is very close to Gare de Lyon (it's about a 10-minute walk from the train station). The metro station is just around the corner (very convenient for getting around). I found many local bars and restaurants in the area.
The lift was small (only two people with luggage fit).

Breakfast is available for a separate charge (around 10 euros per person). Everything was tasty. The breakfast offered good value with adequate options to choose from. The breakfast room is located downstairs.

the staff provided good advice about the area they were very friendly. the room was comfy and clean it was great. public transport access was easy from a lovely quiet location

The staff members were supportive. The room was clean and had a comfortable bed. The location proved great. It was an easy walk to the metro station.

Our room included daily cleaning. they emptied the trash in both the room and bathroom. The bed offered real comfort, great for restful sleep after long days, which I appreciated.

The metro station was a short walk, around six minutes from the accommodation. Nearby, you find several restaurants, thus offering plenty of dining choices, and Lidl supermarket just around the corner.

Staff displayed professionalism and a willingness to resolve issues. Reception operates around the clock, a definite plus, and the staff speaks English fluently. They were friendly.

friendly staff gluten-free bread helpful service
The staff were friendly. i found gluten free bread readily available at breakfast. It was much better than i usually experience. i appreciated that they stored my refrigerated medication. It was very helpful.
the lift was small, so i waited a little bit.
