The staff was very helpful. They could speak english well. The hotel is very close to Gare de Lyon (it's about a 10-minute walk from the train station). The metro station is just around the corner (very convenient for getting around). I found many local bars and restaurants in the area.

The staff members were supportive. The room was clean and had a comfortable bed. The location proved great. It was an easy walk to the metro station.

Our room included daily cleaning. they emptied the trash in both the room and bathroom. The bed offered real comfort, awesome for restful sleep after long days, which I appreciated.

The metro station was a short walk, around six minutes from the accommodation. Nearby, you find several restaurants, thus offering plenty of dining choices, and Lidl supermarket just around the corner.

The staff were friendly. i found gluten free bread readily available at breakfast. It was much better than i usually experience. i appreciated that they stored my refrigerated medication. It was very helpful.
